As Senior Account Manager within the Zurich-based Digital Marketing business unit, you will own the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of a portfolio of integrated campaigns. You will translate complex client objectives into cohesive communication solutions while acting as the primary link between client expectations and cross-functional delivery. This role demands a proactive mindset, fluent collaboration with data and creative teams, and a commitment to elevating both client satisfaction and agency standards. You will be entrusted with building long-term trust, driving project success, and contributing directly to the growth and retention of key accounts.

What you'll do
Manage, draft and review client briefs with precision and strategic alignment to business goals.
Ensure client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns while liaising with the Account Director on team capacity and resource planning.
Liaise with clients to clarify questions, manage expectations, and proactively communicate status, updates, or agency recommendations.
Clearly and effectively distill and transfer client feedback to designers and copywriters to maintain message consistency and creative integrity.
Prioritise workloads for the team, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track and risks visible.
Maintain a full understanding of clients' business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges, advising on the communications solution that best meets their needs to become a trusted adviser.
Build excellent working relationships with key clients by attending regular meetings, video conference calls, planning sessions, briefing meetings, and participating in evaluation reviews.
Ensure success criteria are met and projects are delivered to time and to budget while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Work with the team to determine and test creatives across client-owned channels to optimize performance and engagement.
Monitor campaign progress, interpret results, and recommend iterative improvements in collaboration with AI, Paid Media Experts, Data, SEO, Creatives, and other agency specialists.
Champion a culture of continuous learning by incorporating feedback, refining processes, and sharing best practices across the team.
Act as a brand and project ambassador, ensuring all client touchpoints reflect DEPT®®'s values of curiosity, collaboration, and execution.
Support business development efforts by providing input into proposals, case studies, and presentations where relevant.
Maintain compliance with client contracts, scope, and governance frameworks to safeguard both agency and client interests.
Requirements
Demonstrate experience delivering a broad range of digital multi-channel marketing communications within complex client environments.
Show a proven ability to develop client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration.
Bring expertise in digital strategy development, including performance-driven and branding campaigns that align with measurable business outcomes.
Display extreme organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
Exhibit ambition with the capacity to think strategically, challenge assumptions, and contribute novel ideas to the agency.

This role is based in Zurich, with the option to work from the barrier-free office space; Bern office availability may apply.
