About the role
We are seeking a sales leader to oversee our growth operations in Qatar. You will guide a team of Sales Executives to expand our restaurant network and hit monthly acquisition goals. In this capacity, you will own the end to end performance of the sales unit in your designated market, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into daily actions. You will be responsible for building and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the food ecosystem to foster long term partnerships. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying gaps in market coverage and implementing targeted initiatives to maximize reach. You will leverage data and market intelligence to drive decisions and refine the commercial approach continuously. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to build a high performing team that consistently delivers against ambitious growth targets. You will act as the primary link between the corporate strategy and field execution, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the Delivery Hero group.

What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of Sales Executives to improve productivity and closing rates through structured coaching and performance reviews.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to final contract signing while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct field visits and performance reviews to ensure team targets and KPIs are met, providing real time feedback and support.
- Negotiate commercial terms, marketing agreements, and discount structures to optimize profitability and partner satisfaction.
- Use CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts that inform strategic decision making.
- Coordinate with onboarding and account management departments to facilitate partner launches and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations to execute commercial strategies that align with market demands and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement sales playbooks that standardize best practices and drive consistency across the sales team.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust team activities to correct deviations and sustain momentum toward goals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that ensures continuity and resilience against market fluctuations.
- Represent the company in external forums and industry events to elevate the brand and attract prospective partners.
- Establish clear communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of escalations and issues.
- Drive initiatives to enhance partner experience, leading to higher retention rates and increased advocacy in the market.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in acquisition or sales, including time spent in a supervisory or team-lead capacity managing a team of sellers.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field that provides a foundational understanding of commercial principles.
- Proficiency in Arabic, which is essential for engaging with local partners and stakeholders in the regional context.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in tech, delivery, FMCG, or F&B sectors demonstrating adaptability across diverse industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities to handle complex discussions and build consensus.
- Analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards and CRM software like Salesforce to derive insights and guide actions.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced environment.
