About the role
Join the Glovo On-Demand division to develop and manage commercial growth strategies. You will build the frameworks and operating models that allow our logistics network to support partner delivery channels. In this role, you will define the structural backbone for scaling non-food verticals through rigorous prioritization and execution. You will act as the central orchestrator aligning strategy, operations, and commercial execution across fragmented teams. The position requires you to translate ambiguous market opportunities into repeatable playbooks and scalable processes. You will establish the governance mechanisms that ensure initiatives are de-risked before full rollout. Your work will directly influence how partners perceive our reliability and operational maturity. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and action.

What you'll do
- Map and manage the business development pipeline for new strategic pilots and segments, including non-food categories, from initial hypothesis to scaled implementation.
- Create and standardize commercial toolkits and internal processes to improve team efficiency, ensuring consistency and clarity across all partner interactions.
- Design the partner operating model with specific strategies based on partner scale, segment readiness, and integration complexity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and incentives to refine our commercial position and identify whitespace opportunities for expansion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to transition initiatives from conceptualization to implementation, maintaining alignment on timelines and success metrics.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
- Establish clear documentation standards and decision frameworks that enable faster experimentation and more predictable outcomes.
- Drive data-informed discussions by synthesizing performance metrics, user feedback, and operational signals into actionable recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely communication throughout project phases.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to validate assumptions, surface risks, and co-create solutions with partners and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their strategic priorities and aligning Glovo's offerings accordingly.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, enhance scalability, and improve overall operational resilience.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed project plans, tracking progress and proactively managing dependencies and blockers.
- Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the project environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in commercial or business development roles with a focus on strategic growth, demonstrating consistent responsibility for revenue-driving initiatives.
- Demonstrated history as a Project Manager overseeing end-to-end initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations with minimal supervision.
- Analytical approach to decision-making using data and insights to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and guide iterative improvements.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across external partnerships and internal departments, navigating complex org structures with empathy and clarity.
- Execution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership, taking initiative to close gaps and drive projects forward despite ambiguity.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication with international stakeholders and partners across regions.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities evolve and adaptability is essential for sustained performance.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional peers, aligning on shared objectives and contributing to team-level retrospectives.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and integrity in all interactions with partners and colleagues.
