About the role
This position centers on managing key restaurant partners for the Glovo platform within specific Spanish cities. You will act as the primary point of contact to drive growth, oversee operational performance, and execute strategic marketing initiatives for your assigned territory. The role requires building and maintaining proactive relationships through consistent business reviews and active dialogue. You will monitor portfolio KPIs and generate reports to ensure company OKRs are met with precision. Success in this position involves executing growth plans that include menu optimization, promotional campaigns, and targeted marketing activations. You will renegotiate commission structures and strategically sell platform assets to maximize revenue potential. Another core responsibility is developing strategies to re-engage inactive or churned partners and restore their performance. Ultimately, you will improve partner operational efficiency to guarantee a high-quality service experience for end customers.

What you'll do
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key restaurant clients through structured business reviews and strategic meetings.
- Analyze portfolio KPIs in depth and compile detailed reports that track progress against company objectives and key results.
- Design and implement comprehensive growth plans that optimize menus, launch promotional campaigns, and activate marketing initiatives.
- Lead negotiations to renegotiate commission structures and identify opportunities to sell additional platform assets for revenue uplift.
- Create and deploy targeted strategies to re-engage dormant partners and reduce churn across your assigned regions.
- Audit and refine partner operational workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align on regional goals and synchronize execution of strategic priorities.
- Leverage data insights to identify trends, forecast performance, and support evidence-based decision making for partner growth.
- Act as the main escalation point for partner issues and drive resolution processes to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain robust documentation of all partner interactions, agreements, and performance metrics for future reference.
- Present clear, compelling updates to senior leadership regarding partner health, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new approaches to partner engagement and value delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales platforms to track partner activities, communications, and outcomes with meticulous organization.
- Champion the Glovo brand by ensuring every interaction reflects the company's mission of fast, easy, and reliable delivery.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 1 year of professional experience from high-performance environments such as tech companies, investment banking, consulting, or startups.
- Demonstrate native fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English across all communication modalities.
- Exhibit strong commercial aptitude with a clear focus on sales, value creation, and partner profitability.
- Show advanced proficiency in using MS Office, Google Docs, and Excel for daily analytical and reporting tasks.
- Apply a data-driven mindset to solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems with structured and logical approaches.
- Communicate with excellent interpersonal skills and adapt your style to diverse audiences and situations.
