You will facilitate collaborative workshops that unite operations, maintenance, and engineering departments around unified objectives. Using data as a common language, you will ensure alignment and shared understanding among cross‑functional partners. A significant portion of your role will involve coordinating with external suppliers and regional project teams. Qualifications

A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within medical treatment and support equipment is essential for diagnosing issues and proposing effective solutions.

You must also demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. These skills are necessary for productive collaboration with both technical specialists and non‑technical stakeholders. The capacity to travel between facilities is mandatory, with an expected allocation of approximately 25% to 35% of your time on the road. Reliable transportation and the flexibility to manage a dynamic schedule are required.

Preferred Experience and Tools

While not mandatory, prior experience with medical waste processing equipment and related treatment technologies will significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
