What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Cysec's growth objectives and market positioning.
- Identify and engage potential partners, including technology providers, service integrators, and industry associations, to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment of goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing partnership strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive execution of partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms that support Cysec's strategic goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, utilizing metrics and KPIs to assess impact and drive improvements.
- Represent Cysec at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance and growth initiatives to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and threats.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing partnership projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services is highly desirable, along with a passion for technology and innovation.
