About the role
You will own the end-to-end administration and optimization of our core Salesforce CRM ecosystem as a critical component of our global RevOps engine. This role requires you to take full ownership of data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and the seamless operation of the sales technology stack on a daily basis. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the dashboards and reports that provide our commercial leadership with real-time insight into performance, forecast, and revenue trends. You will partner directly with senior stakeholders to configure sales quotes, manage contract data, and govern approval workflows that drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will identify friction points in our sales processes and spearhead the implementation of scalable, technology-driven solutions to eliminate them. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment. Furthermore, you will play a key role in onboarding and enabling new sales hires, ensuring they are fully proficient in our tools and processes from day one. Finally, you will be tasked with documenting all operational procedures and maintaining up-to-date playbooks to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuity across the sales organization.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive administration of the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring the accuracy, hygiene, and reliability of our global pipeline and data architecture.
Design, build, and continuously refine executive-level dashboards and reports that deliver actionable visibility into sales performance, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization.
Configure and manage complex sales quotes, contract data fields, and approval governance processes to support efficient commercial transactions.
Administer and optimize a suite of RevOps tools including Gong, Spiff, DocuSign CLM, ZoomInfo, Cognism, DemandFarm, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Analyze end-to-end sales workflows to identify operational gaps and devise scalable process improvements that enhance efficiency and revenue velocity.
Lead cross-functional operational projects in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success to align technology and processes with business objectives.
Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials for new sales personnel to ensure rapid proficiency with sales tools and operational best practices.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and operational playbooks that preserve institutional knowledge and ensure execution consistency.
Monitor system performance and data quality metrics to proactively resolve issues and enhance the reliability of our technology infrastructure.
Champion best practices in data management and reporting to foster a culture of analytics-driven decision-making across the commercial organization.
Serve as a key point of contact for senior commercial leaders, providing them with timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of sales performance.
Collaborate with global teams across London and New York, aligning with our distributed operational model to drive consistency and excellence.
Support the evaluation and implementation of new RevOps technologies and integrations to maintain our competitive advantage.
Act as an internal consultant to business units, translating complex requirements into practical Salesforce and RevOps solutions.
Drive initiatives that improve the efficiency of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution and beyond.
Requirements
You must possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable commercial operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
You must have solid, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including managing data models, building reports and dashboards, and administering workflows with minimal supervision.
You must demonstrate a proven ability to independently own and deliver operational projects from initial scoping through full execution and delivery.
You must have a track record of designing or improving sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
You must maintain a strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and a low tolerance for inaccurate or inconsistent data.
You must exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior commercial stakeholders across multiple time zones.
You must have familiarity with a RevOps tool stack that may include Gong, Spiff, DocuSign CLM, ZoomInfo, Cognism, DemandFarm, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You must have experience working in RegTech, FinTech, or a regulated industry, while not mandatory, is considered advantageous for this role.
You must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift rapidly and adaptability is essential.

Nice to have
Experience leveraging AI to enhance sales operations or regulatory intelligence processes.
Knowledge of compliance workflows and regulatory reporting within the financial services sector.
Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make that integrate with CRM systems.
Understanding of sales compensation plans and variable pay structures such as spiffs and accelerators.
