The Head of Sales, Americas East will own all commercial outcomes for the region, balancing net new enterprise acquisition with the aggressive expansion of existing footprints. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, driving strategic growth while collaborating closely with global leadership. You will be responsible for translating market complexity into compelling value propositions that resonate at the C-suite level. Success in this position requires a blend of entrepreneurial drive and structured execution to navigate long sales cycles. You will shape the commercial narrative for one of CUBE's most critical growth regions. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in converting regulatory pressure into actionable platform adoption.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound motion focused on Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and specialty finance firms across the Americas East region.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to signed contract, managing timelines of 6 to 18 months with precision and strategic foresight.
Drive net new enterprise logo acquisition targeting major US and Canadian financial institutions to fuel top-line growth and market penetration.
Own NRR targets ranging from 130% to 140% by partnering with Customer Success to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product suite.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional sales team, ensuring continuous improvement in sales capabilities and performance standards.
Build and maintain relationships at the CRO, CCO, Chief Compliance Officer, and procurement levels to influence buying decisions and secure enterprise commitments.
Establish and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting to support reliable weekly and quarterly reporting and pipeline management.
Develop deep knowledge of the US and Canadian regulatory landscapes, aligning CUBE's solutions with compliance priorities in banking, asset management, and insurance sectors.
Target a minimum annual contract value of £200,000 per new logo with a clear and actionable path to seven-figure expansion through strategic upselling.
Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and win complex deals through cohesive execution.
Requirements
You must possess 10 or more years of enterprise software sales experience, demonstrating a consistent history of achieving quota attainment at £5,000,000 or greater annual targets.
You must have a proven track record of selling into major US and Canadian financial institutions at senior stakeholder level, navigating intricate organizational structures with confidence.
You must demonstrate experience in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles that span a duration of 6 to 18 months from initiation to closure.
You must have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, or financial services technology, ensuring alignment between solution capabilities and client needs.
You must have a documented history of both new logo acquisition and account expansion within the same role, showcasing versatility in growth-oriented sales activities.
You must maintain an exceptional executive presence, communicating effectively with C-suite audiences and articulating value in high-stakes environments.
You must be based in or willing to relocate to New York or Boston, with a demonstrated willingness to travel regionally between 30% and 40% to support client needs.
You must operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism, representing CUBE's brand and mission in every interaction with clients and partners.
You must be capable of working independently and within a collaborative team structure, balancing ownership of key accounts with participation in cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
A background in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance software, providing contextual familiarity with the regulatory intelligence domain.
Existing senior relationships across Tier 1 US financial institutions, enabling accelerated trust-building and opportunity progression.

Travel is an essential component of the position, requiring regional movement to meet clients and participate in industry events.
