The hire will own the end-to-end delivery of customer analytics programmes, ensuring insights are both accurate and actionable for critical decision-making. This role translates complex data sets into clear narratives that build lasting customer trust and reinforce CUBE's industry leadership. You will design and execute automated AI and machine learning models that streamline analytics and enhance regulatory insight. A core part of the role involves embedding risk and control principles directly into every analysis and reporting output. You will drive continuous innovation and operational excellence to improve how analytics are delivered across the business. The position requires managing multiple high-stakes projects while maintaining consistent quality and timely execution. You will mentor junior analysts, elevating team capability and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

What you'll do
Lead the delivery of comprehensive customer analytics programmes from initial scoping through to insight communication and validation.
Design, construct, and maintain sophisticated analytics workflows that leverage automation, AI, and machine learning to enhance depth and speed.
Translate intricate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Embed risk and control considerations into every analytics task, identifying key risk indicators and supporting regulatory compliance alignment.
Champion structured problem-solving initiatives that improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of analytics delivery through automation and standardisation.
Manage multiple analytics projects concurrently, ensuring consistent delivery, adherence to quality standards, and timely execution against customer objectives.
Present insights with clarity and confidence to internal stakeholders and external customers, adjusting messaging to align with specific business contexts.
Promote and implement best practices across analytics delivery, documentation standards, and data governance to reinforce operational excellence.
Coach and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities that build capability and confidence within the team.
Foster strong collaboration across the team and with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-impact analytical outcomes.
Utilise advanced data analytics tools and language frameworks such as Python to build robust models and support complex analytical requirements.
Leverage business intelligence platforms like PowerBI to create visualisations that enhance insight accessibility and decision-making.
Contribute to the development and application of large language models and other AI tools to address specific customer use cases and compliance challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that analytics outputs not only meet but exceed expectations for accuracy, relevance, and utility.
Requirements
You possess a strong background in analytics, data science, or a closely related field with demonstrable experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
You have proven experience designing and managing complex analytics workflows, including the use of automation, AI, and machine learning techniques.
You hold a solid understanding of risk and control frameworks, and you can integrate these principles into analytical reporting and insights.
You have a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
You demonstrate exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
You show leadership potential, with experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members to improve overall performance.
You are proficient in using data analytics programming languages and tools, with hands-on experience in environments that may include Python and similar technologies.
You have a history of driving process improvement, implementing best practices, and establishing standards that enhance analytics delivery and governance.
Nice to have
Experience in financial services regulatory technology environments, particularly where compliance and risk management are central.
Familiarity with RegTech platforms and the specific challenges of delivering analytics within regulated industries.
Background in developing or utilising large language models and advanced AI tools for analytical or compliance purposes.
Experience with business intelligence and visualisation tools such as PowerBI in delivering customer-facing analytics.

This is a full-time position based in London.
