About the role
You will partner with Customer Leads to shepherd customers from initial onboarding through to steady state business as usual within the CUBE platform. You will act as a central coordination point, translating customer requirements into clear delivery plans and tracking every milestone against strict timelines. You will own the end to end execution of customer projects, ensuring that each implementation meets the high standards of quality and governance expected in regulated environments. This role gives you direct exposure to how AI driven regulatory intelligence solutions are delivered to some of the world's largest financial institutions. You will capture and synthesize customer feedback, using it to refine delivery processes and improve the overall customer experience. You will continuously expand your knowledge of financial regulation, product capabilities, and delivery methodologies to become a trusted internal and external partner. This position is a critical foundation for a long term career path that leads to a Customer Lead role within the Customer Delivery organization.

What you'll do
Coordinate customer onboarding journeys from Statement of Work to successful adoption and handover to business as usual teams.
Translate complex regulatory concepts and platform functionality into clear guidance and materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
Own the maintenance and updating of detailed delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions to keep projects on schedule.
Monitor delivery progress and issues on a daily basis, escalating risks or blockers early to Customer Leads for timely resolution.
Coordinate internal actions across technology, operations, and compliance teams to support delivery execution, including testing of customer releases where required.
Maintain accurate customer records, delivery documentation, and meeting outputs to ensure a clear audit trail and knowledge continuity.
Support delivery governance by preparing materials, capturing action items, and tracking follow ups throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all delivery activities align with agreed scope, processes, and quality standards defined by CUBE's regulatory and operational frameworks.
Capture and route customer feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities to the relevant teams for appropriate follow up and resolution.
Contribute to continuous service delivery improvement initiatives by sharing insights and evolving ways of working across the Customer Delivery function.
Continuously build product, regulatory, and delivery knowledge to strengthen your capacity to support customers and anticipate their evolving needs.
Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the CUBE platform and associated delivery materials with confidence.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure seamless integration of regulatory intelligence into client environments.
Demonstrate strong ownership by driving projects forward, removing obstacles, and maintaining momentum to achieve high quality outcomes on time.
Requirements
You must possess and demonstrate the following criteria to be considered for this role.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as business, finance, technology, or a related discipline.
You have the right to work in the United Kingdom and are eligible for employment without sponsorship.
You are able to start within 4 weeks of an offer being accepted.
You have experience working with, or a strong interest in, regulatory technology, financial services compliance, or a related domain.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
You are highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track intricate details, and meet strict deadlines.
You are comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly and adaptability is essential.
You have a collaborative mindset, thriving in team settings and building positive working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
You are comfortable using SaaS platforms and have a quick learning curve when interacting with new software tools.
You have strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing practical solutions.

This is a full time role based in London, operating within standard office hours.
