Head of Sales, Americas
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle of the Americas mid-market segment for CUBE, defining the motion and playbook from initial outreach to enterprise scale. You will build and lead a high performing team of quota carrying sales representatives, instilling the coaching and standards required for sustainable growth. You will be accountable for turning the middle market into a predictable and repeatable revenue engine that the business can rely on for board level planning. You will establish the foundational onboarding and ramp programs that enable new hires to achieve their first close in under three months. You will set and enforce qualification standards and forecast rigor to ensure transparency and trust with executive stakeholders. You will drive measurable conversion improvements across the entire sales funnel, focusing on quality of opportunity and not just raw volume. You will leverage data and AI enabled tools to continuously refine the go to market strategy for this critical segment.
