What you'll do
- Develop and steer the product strategy for critical areas of the platform, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of content creation tools, from the initial concept and analysis stages through to their development and successful launch.
- Make autonomous product decisions while effectively communicating the rationale behind these choices to cross-functional teams.
- Convert market trends and customer insights into scalable and effective product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to create features powered by artificial intelligence.
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
- Mentor fellow team members and contribute to the overall growth and development of the product organization.
- Engage in strategic discussions to align product goals with the broader vision of the company.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in the product offerings.

- Prepare and present product updates and strategic plans to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in developing or experimenting with AI-driven products, particularly in areas such as workflow automation, conversational AI, decision support systems, or agentic AI applications.
- Proven ability to transition from traditional user interfaces to AI-centric product experiences.
- A successful history of guiding a product from conception to launch in uncertain and evolving environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in team members and deliver effective solutions.
- Exceptional standards for product quality and a commitment to professional excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product vision and strategy clearly.
