Senior Product Designer
Job description
About the role
You own the end to end design of one of the world's most comprehensive skills development platforms for the AI era, shaping how millions discover and build skills. You partner closely with engineering and product to turn bold ideas into real impact through ruthless simplification and relentless iteration. You design for a globally distributed learner base and a business that spans courses, Specializations, Professional Certificates, and degrees. You own key flows from discovery to conversion across the Coursera and Udemy combined catalog. You advocate for the user while balancing business metrics, learning outcomes, and platform constraints. You define the visual language and design systems that scale across regions and devices. You thrive in a fast moving, customer first environment where data and empathy drive decisions.
