What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, analyze processes, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics, ensuring that all initiatives are data-driven and results-oriented.
• Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project management, with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is mandatory, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
