What you'll do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns that arise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
