- Lead and manage Navy-related programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and operational teams to facilitate smooth execution of projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Navy clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively communicating project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Oversee budget management for assigned programs, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior program staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting professional development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact Navy programs, ensuring Cortina remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the defense or military sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Navy operations, regulations, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
