Head of Partnerships
Job description
About the role
You will own the creation and execution of Conveo's partnerships strategy from day one, establishing the foundational architecture for a new revenue engine. This role demands that you build the go-to-market motions, partner categories, and commercial frameworks that will define how Conveo collaborates with the research ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing strategic deals with research panels, agencies, consulting firms, system integrators, and product companies that seek to embed our AI video interviewing capabilities. Your work will focus on structuring sustainable economics, including revenue shares, reseller models, and co-selling motions that ensure mutual growth. You will enable partner teams through training and tools so they can effectively sell and deliver Conveo's platform to their own clients. This position requires close collaboration with our sales organization to integrate partners into enterprise opportunities and drive joint marketing initiatives. Ultimately, you will transform early partnership successes into a scalable, world-class organization that becomes a core driver of Conveo's long-term revenue.
