About the role
You will take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle for Conveo's AI research platform, driving enterprise demand from initial outreach to contract signing and expansion. You will partner directly with the founders to sharpen the go-to-market strategy and define the narrative around AI-powered consumer and B2B research. You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees in fast-moving industries such as CPG, Pharma, Tech, and Financial Services. This is a high-impact role that requires you to build and maintain deep pipeline coverage while closing deals that range from $45,000 to over $500,000 in annual contract value. You will translate customer pain points into compelling ROI stories and use every deal to reinforce Conveo's position as the AI research platform of choice for global brands. Success will be measured by your ability to generate referencable customers and create repeatable sales plays that scale across the team.

What you'll do
Define and execute a multi-threaded outreach strategy that combines email, LinkedIn, and targeted calls to own a clear ICP and territory plan.
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities with crisp discovery, framing core problems, and aligning them to Conveo's AI video interviewing capabilities.
Build and sustain a pipeline that is four to five times quota, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities across multiple industries and buyer personas.
Lead consultative discovery sessions that surface customer workflows, KPIs, and business outcomes to frame tailored value propositions.
Run tailored product demos that highlight how Conveo delivers fast, affordable, and high-quality research compared to traditional methods.
Navigate complex buying committees by identifying economic buyers, users, procurement, and legal stakeholders while managing deal timelines with precision.
Negotiate and close clean, scalable contracts that protect margin and set the foundation for multi-market, multi-year expansion.
Translate customer insights into ROI cases, using concrete proof points to justify investment in AI-driven research platforms.
Track competitor moves and market trends, updating messaging and objection handling based on real feedback from buyers and prospects.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting, ensuring transparency for the founders and alignment with company goals.
Capture and package customer success stories and referenceable outcomes that strengthen the broader market narrative.
Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns, content, and sequences that improve funnel conversion and shorten sales cycles.
Expand initial wins into long-term relationships by designing multi-year agreements and cross-market strategies that increase ACV and ARR.
Act as the voice of the customer within the product team, providing structured feedback that shapes roadmap priorities and feature investment.
Own end-to-end deal leadership from first contact through renewal, demonstrating consistent execution against company objectives.
Requirements
You bring 5-15 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong background in SaaS, Martech, or Market Research.
You have a documented track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with an average contract value of $75,000 or more.
You have sold into Fortune 500 companies, navigating long sales cycles and sophisticated procurement processes.
You are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced, low-politics environment.
You communicate with precision, acting as an active listener, persuasive storyteller, and trusted advisor to senior executives.
You are fluent with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and you manage multi-channel outreach with discipline.
You understand the challenges of building a high-growth, YC-backed AI company and align with a culture of speed, ownership, and ambition.
You are committed to maintaining the highest quality bar, executing with a small team mentality and focusing on results that matter.

Practical notes
This role is full_time based in London.
Travel may be required to meet key customers and participate in global industry events.
