About the role
You will architect and own the end to end recruitment strategy for the European region, ensuring that every hire supports CLO Virtual Fashion's vision for digital fashion innovation. This role requires you to build a robust talent pipeline that feeds directly into the company's ambitious growth plans across multiple markets. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, translating complex business needs into precise talent profiles that reflect both technical skill and cultural alignment. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of high impact hires, from initial requisition to successful onboarding. You will leverage data and market insights to optimize recruitment processes, reduce time to fill, and enhance the candidate experience at every touchpoint. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to ensure consistent standards and seamless integration with existing HR frameworks. You will also play a critical role in promoting CLO as an employer of choice within the competitive fashion technology landscape. Your work will directly influence the quality of teams and the long term cultural health of the organization as it scales internationally.

What you'll do
You will analyze current and future hiring needs in partnership with leadership to create a comprehensive talent map for European functions. You will design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that tap into both active and passive candidate pools across diverse channels. You will own the end to end interview process, coordinating schedules, providing updates, and ensuring a professional experience for all stakeholders. You will build and maintain strong relationships with department heads to understand evolving needs and anticipate future talent requirements. You will utilize advanced search techniques and networking methods to identify high potential candidates who meet specific technical and cultural criteria. You will collaborate with the global team to standardize recruitment practices while respecting regional nuances and local regulations. You will track key recruitment metrics and prepare reports that provide visibility into hiring trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. You will stay informed about competitor activities and industry benchmarks to ensure CLO remains attractive to top talent. You will manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines in a fast paced environment. You will contribute to employer branding initiatives that highlight CLO Virtual Fashion's mission and innovative work in the digital fashion space.
Requirements
You must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You must have a proven track record of at least five years in full cycle recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role. You must demonstrate extensive experience managing high volume hiring campaigns in a fast growth environment. You must have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across European jurisdictions. You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with global teams and candidates. You must be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR technologies to manage workflows and data. You must have a history of delivering recruitment results against demanding targets and timelines. You must be comfortable working autonomously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Practical notes
The role is based in Munich, Germany, and operates on a full time basis. Candidates should be prepared to submit their Curriculum Vitae along with a cover letter written in English; applications that do not include both documents will not be considered. The selection process will begin with a review of submitted materials, followed by a first online interview lasting approximately one hour with members of the Global Team. Successful candidates from this initial stage will then advance to a final interview conducted online with the CEO, which will last forty five minutes. This structured process is designed to assess both technical competence and cultural fit thoroughly. There are no specified working hour constraints, travel requirements, visa sponsorship details, or application deadlines outlined beyond the standard procedure.
