Business Development Manager
Job description
About the role
CLO Virtual Fashion is redefining the future of apparel through cutting-edge 3D clothing simulation technology - powering the entire fashion lifecycle from concept and design to production, marketing, fitting, and styling. The Business Development Manager for Europe and Africa will own the end-to-end commercial process, from identifying and qualifying high-potential clients to securing strategic partnerships that accelerate regional adoption of the CLO ecosystem. This role owns the full commercial lifecycle, including presenting the company's vision and products to executive stakeholders, articulating the value of 3D simulation in solving real business problems. You will spearhead the implementation and all processes related to it, ensuring seamless onboarding and activation for new enterprise clients across your assigned territories. You will partner closely with the 3D Design & Implementation Team to ensure a successful training, onboarding, and continuous enablement of clients. A core part of this position is analyzing client growth, mapping expansion opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships to drive retention and upsell. You will act as the primary commercial link between CLO Virtual Fashion and its partners in Europe and Africa, aligning internal teams with client expectations. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to build trust, demonstrate innovation, and scale digital fashion infrastructure within key markets.
