About the role
You are the primary driver for new business acquisition and strategic expansion within the European and African markets for CLO Virtual Fashion. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from the initial presentation of our cutting-edge 3D clothing simulation technology and comprehensive product suite to securing and onboarding new enterprise clients. This role requires you to act as the main liaison between our global leadership and regional stakeholders, ensuring that the company vision is clearly articulated and understood. You will spearhead the implementation of complex digital fashion infrastructure, guiding clients through seamless integration with platforms like CLO-SET and CONNECT. A core part of your mission is to analyze and forecast the growth trajectory of our customer base, identifying new opportunities for upselling and ecosystem adoption. You will work in close partnership with our 3D design and technical implementation teams to guarantee flawless training, onboarding, and long-term support. Ultimately, you are responsible for establishing CLO as the indispensable infrastructure partner for the future of sustainable and digital fashion innovation in your designated region.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations that involve executive sponsors, design leads, and IT decision-makers.
Design and manage bespoke proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate the tangible ROI of immersive 3D simulation on production and sustainability metrics.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with global implementation teams to ensure the smooth deployment and hypercare of integrated digital workflow solutions.
Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting models to predict regional market penetration and customer lifetime value with high accuracy.
Construct and execute strategic account plans that map key personas, touchpoints, and growth initiatives for existing and prospective clients.
Champion the adoption of CLO's smart tagging technology to bridge physical inventory with digital asset management systems.
Analyze competitive landscape data to refine positioning and ensure CLO remains the technology of choice for modern fashion infrastructure.
Mentor junior team members on best practices for discovery calls, needs analysis, and solution selling in a B2B enterprise context.
Conduct in-depth training sessions for internal staff and external partners on the nuances of the CONNECT platform and content workflow management.
Establish a rigorous pipeline management process that tracks every opportunity from initial contact to successful contract signing.
Utilize data analytics to iterate on sales playbooks, optimizing conversion rates at every stage of the buyer's journey.
Serve as the primary expert on regional regulations and market dynamics, ensuring all commercial activities are compliant and effective.
Requirements
You possess a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field that provides a foundational understanding of complex software systems.
You bring a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of managing complex deals.
You have a documented history of successfully selling sophisticated B2B solutions to large corporations in the technology, fashion, or manufacturing sectors.
You demonstrate fluency in both written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear business benefits for diverse audiences.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization where priorities shift rapidly and ambiguity is a daily reality.
You have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and are adept at using data to drive decision-making and forecast accuracy.
You exhibit strong financial literacy, including the ability to interpret P&L statements and evaluate the financial impact of large-scale investments for clients.
You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel internationally up to 40% of the time to meet with key stakeholders and attend industry events.
Nice to have
Experience with 3D software, digital fashion, or supply chain management within the apparel industry is highly valued.
Familiarity with API integrations and digital asset management systems provides a distinct advantage in understanding client workflows.
Knowledge of the CLO, Marvelous Designer, or Jinny ecosystems is considered a significant asset for demonstrating technical credibility.
