What you'll do

- Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing decisions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff and operations, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with service offerings and patient care standards.
- Manage the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and increase patient acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities to build relationships and foster community engagement.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare marketing to keep Clinicaromero at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing practices.
