What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, communicating progress and updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches, ensuring successful adoption and customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to assess product performance and inform future development decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to enhance product features and user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills as a Product Owner.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the software development industry, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to effectively apply these frameworks in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms for backlog management and sprint planning.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or distributed team environment, fostering a sense of teamwork and accountability.
Nice to have
- Experience in the SaaS industry or with collaboration tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to assess product performance.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
