What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user analytics to assess product performance and inform future development decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to enhance product features and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the software development industry, ideally with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to effectively apply these frameworks in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or distributed team environment, fostering a sense of teamwork and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS industry or with collaboration tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to assess product performance.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
