What you'll do

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that facilitate monitoring of operational activities, performance metrics, and service quality related to messaging systems.
• Participate actively in the management and operational upkeep of both Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online platforms.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex incidents associated with messaging infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct technical analyses to identify areas for service enhancement and propose actionable improvement strategies.
• Engage in projects aimed at evolving Microsoft Exchange environments to meet changing business needs.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Security, and Middleware teams to ensure cohesive infrastructure management and integration.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, operational procedures, and activity reports to support ongoing operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Exchange and messaging solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and assisting team members in resolving technical challenges.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally at the Bac+5 level or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the administration and operation of Microsoft Exchange environments, demonstrating a solid understanding of both On-Premise and Online platforms.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, particularly in the creation of dashboards and performance tracking indicators.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and improving operational workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex incidents and develop appropriate technical solutions swiftly.
• Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working within critical infrastructures or in a banking environment will be highly regarded.
• A good understanding of Microsoft 365 environments will provide a competitive advantage in this role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks to enhance service management processes.
• Experience with other data visualization tools beyond Power BI, showcasing versatility in analytical skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to messaging systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Previous involvement in large-scale IT projects, particularly those focused on messaging systems and collaboration tools.
