About the role

Citech is seeking a skilled Consultant for Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to enhance our existing team of experts. This position focuses on the design and development of AI agents tailored for business users, as well as creating solutions within the Power Platform framework in a mature Microsoft 365 environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our capabilities in AI and process automation.

What you'll do

• Design and develop AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio to meet user requirements.
• Create Power Apps applications that address specific business needs effectively.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.
• Utilize AI Builder to enhance the solutions developed, ensuring they are efficient and user-friendly.
• Craft prompts to optimize responses from generative AI models, improving user interaction.
• Provide support and training to users for the effective use and evolution of the developed assistants.
• Engage in the ongoing evolution of the Power Platform ecosystem while adhering to established governance protocols.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide expert-level support for users and team members.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams and various engineering groups to share insights and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• A higher education degree in computer science or a related field.
• Significant professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in developing AI assistants using Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate, with a solid understanding of their functionalities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI Builder, demonstrating the ability to leverage these tools effectively.
• Knowledge of best practices in Prompt Engineering to enhance AI interactions.
• Experience with Dataverse and its integration within the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is considered an additional advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills to guide users effectively.

• Experience working in large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
