About the role
You will own the design and execution of comprehensive behavior intervention plans that align with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and the specific goals of each child served. You will function as the primary clinical leader, directing and supervising the therapy team to ensure the consistent and high-quality delivery of services within the home and daycare environments. This role requires you to analyze complex behavioral data, interpret graphing procedures, and translate those insights into actionable strategies for skill acquisition and behavior reduction. You will be responsible for leading and instructing therapists, providing them with clear direction, feedback, and professional development to enhance their practice. You will actively collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to integrate therapeutic goals into the child's natural routines and settings. Requirements
Active BCBA certification and licensure are mandatory for this position, serving as the foundational credential for practice.
You must possess 2-4 years of direct experience in ABA instruction, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
A strong and comprehensive knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures is an essential requirement for success in this role.
You must have the ability to lead, instruct, and supervise therapists, providing clear direction and professional mentorship.
Demonstrated skill in analyzing behavioral data and interpreting graphical representations is required to inform clinical decisions.
The capacity to adapt and lead within in-home and daycare settings is necessary to meet the diverse needs of clients and families.
You must be able to communicate effectively with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative care.

The position is open to both part-time and full-time engagement, allowing for a customized schedule based on candidate qualifications and availability.
