What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the delivery of ABA therapy services within in-home or daycare environments specific to the Raleigh area.

Lead and instruct therapists to ensure the highest fidelity of program implementation and adherence to clinical standards.

Analyze session data and generate graphs to track client progress and inform strategic adjustments to treatment plans.

Implement strong knowledge of ABA techniques to design and modify interventions that meet the individual needs of each child.

Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to therapy teams, fostering professional growth and skill development.

Ensure active BCBA certification and licensure is maintained and verified in accordance with regulatory standards.

Communicate regularly with families to discuss progress, goals, and the overall treatment plan in a clear and supportive manner.

Demonstrate 2-4 years of experience in ABA instruction, applying best practices to real-world scenarios.

Utilize graphing procedures to visually represent data and drive clinical decision-making for behavior reduction and skill acquisition.

Facilitate a collaborative work environment where therapists feel supported and empowered to deliver exceptional care.

Adapt intervention strategies based on ongoing data collection and analysis to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must hold active BCBA certification and licensure as a practicing behavior analyst.

Must possess 2-4 years of documented experience in ABA instruction and direct clinical practice.

Must demonstrate a strong and comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and methodologies.

Must exhibit advanced proficiency in ABA graphing procedures and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.

Must have the proven ability to lead, instruct, and manage a team of therapists effectively and professionally.

Must be able to commit to the available daytime hours to ensure consistent client service delivery.

Must maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Must be willing to work within both in-home and daycare settings, adapting to the specific needs of the environment and the child.
