What you'll do

Perform comprehensive intake reviews and functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying functions of challenging behaviors.

Develop, revise, and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans that align with best practices in ABA.

Graph and analyze client data trends to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify programs accordingly.

Lead in-the-moment coaching for therapists and caregivers to ensure the accurate delivery of therapy protocols.

Implement evidence-based teaching strategies to promote skill acquisition in communication, socialization, and daily living tasks.

Conduct ongoing staff training sessions to maintain high levels of program fidelity and clinical excellence.

Utilize advanced prompting and reinforcement systems to shape new behaviors and reduce problematic responses.

Coordinate with parents and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that therapy goals support the child's natural environment and routines.

Monitor client progress through detailed data collection and session notes to inform clinical decision-making.

Provide leadership in documenting clinical sessions to ensure compliance with billing, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Mentor junior team members in ABA methodology, ethical considerations, and professional development practices.

Serve as the primary clinical contact for addressing questions, concerns, and updates regarding the child's therapeutic plan.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification and licensure are mandatory for consideration in this role.

Candidates must bring 2-4 years of direct experience in ABA instruction and program implementation.

A strong, demonstrable knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures is essential for success.

The ability to lead, instruct, and provide feedback to therapists is a core expectation of this position.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and the interpretation of graphical data is required.

Reliability in maintaining high levels of clinical integrity and adherence to ethical guidelines is mandatory.

This position offers Daytime Hours Available, providing flexibility for the selected candidate.

The role is eligible for both Part-Time and Full-Time engagement based on clinical demand and candidate capacity.

Compensation is structured within the range of $85-$100 per hour, reflecting the expertise and responsibility of the role.
