About the role

You will own the design and execution of behavior intervention plans that directly influence skill acquisition and positive behavior change for each child you serve. You will analyze complex behavioral data through graphing procedures to determine the effectiveness of interventions and adjust protocols accordingly. This role requires you to lead and instruct therapy teams, ensuring that clinical procedures are delivered with integrity and fidelity across all sessions. You will act as a clinical leader and mentor, providing ongoing guidance and support to therapists to elevate the quality of care. What you'll do

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify target behaviors and establish meaningful treatment goals for clients.

Design individualized behavior intervention plans that are data-driven, socially significant, and aligned with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Implement evidence-based ABA techniques during direct therapy sessions to promote skill acquisition in communication, social, and daily living domains.

Utilize advanced graphing procedures to track client progress and make data-based decisions for modifying intervention strategies.

Lead and supervise therapy teams by providing clear instructions, modeling best practices, and delivering constructive feedback.

Provide in-the-moment coaching to therapists to ensure procedural fidelity and adherence to the treatment plan.

Develop and deliver training materials and workshops that enhance the skillset of the therapy team.

Foster collaborative relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to integrate behavioral strategies into natural settings.

Monitor and document client progress meticulously to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and billing requirements.

Troubleshoot complex behavioral challenges by analyzing function and implementing differential reinforcement strategies.

Maintain a clinical environment that is organized, efficient, and focused on achieving therapeutic objectives.

Advocate for the client's needs by coordinating with external professionals and adapting plans to support the child's growth.

Requirements

You must hold an active BCBA certification and current state licensure to practice as a behavior analyst.

You must possess 2-4 years of direct experience in ABA instruction and therapy settings.

You must demonstrate strong knowledge of ABA techniques, including reinforcement, shaping, chaining, and prompt fading procedures.

You must have expertise in ABA graphing procedures and the ability to interpret data trends effectively.

You must be capable of leading and instructing therapists with confidence and clarity.

You must have a deep understanding of ethical guidelines and compliance standards within the field of ABA.

You must be able to adapt your strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds.
