What you'll do

Requirements

Hold active BCBA certification and licensure as a practicing behavior analyst in your state of practice.

Possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience delivering ABA instruction in applied settings.

Demonstrate strong, in-depth knowledge of ABA techniques and the procedural fidelity required for graphing procedures.

Prove the ability to lead, instruct, and supervise therapists effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Show proficiency in data collection, analysis, and the interpretation of behavioral graphing to inform clinical decisions.

Exhibit a thorough understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements governing the practice of behavior analysis.

Display strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for coordinating with families, educators, and medical teams.
