About the role
The serves as the central nervous system for the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, owning the orchestration of complex interview timetables across clinical, technical, and corporate functions. This individual is responsible for ensuring that every candidate interaction reflects the precision and reliability expected in a healthcare AI environment, safeguarding the candidate experience at every touchpoint. The role analyzes and optimizes workflows to build scalable hiring structures that can keep pace with aggressive growth targets and operational demands. You will partner directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and People leadership to anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and maintain a consistently moving pipeline. A core part of this position involves driving process improvement by designing and documenting efficient recruiting operations, from interview logistics to seamless onboarding workflows. You will act as a steward of the candidate journey, communicating clearly, warmly, and promptly to ensure every individual feels valued regardless of the final decision. The position requires configuring system automation rules to handle repetitive administrative tasks, thereby freeing the team to focus on high-impact strategic hiring activities. Lastly, you will monitor predictive health metrics generated by the Circadia Intelligence Platform to support data-driven operational decisions related to staffing levels and workflow efficiency.

What you'll do
Coordinate complex interview timetables across multiple time zones for clinical, technical, and corporate candidate types, ensuring the process flows quickly while preserving a high standard of candidate experience.
Support seamless onboarding for new hires from offer acceptance through day one, managing systems setup, paperwork, and coordination with IT, People, and hiring managers to guarantee preparedness and a warm welcome.
Maintain recruiting systems and safeguard data integrity in Lever, ensuring candidate stages, interview feedback, and offer statuses remain clean, accurate, and the single source of truth.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People leadership to anticipate scheduling demands, flag potential bottlenecks, and keep hiring pipelines moving with maximum efficiency.
Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting operations, from interview logistics to onboarding workflows, and help build and document scalable processes as the team and company expand.
Be a vocal steward of candidate experience by serving as an early point of contact, communicating with clarity, warmth, and promptness so that every candidate feels valued at every stage.
Configure automation rules inside systems to manage repetitive administrative tasks, enabling human focus on strategic activities that require critical thinking and personal engagement.
Monitor predictive health metrics within the Circadia Intelligence Platform to provide support for operational decisions related to staffing requirements and workflow optimization.
Utilize the Circadia Intelligence Platform to ensure operational alignment with the company's mission of preventing avoidable hospitalizations through advanced sensing and prediction.
Ensure all hiring activities adhere to the operational standards and compliance requirements inherent in healthcare technology environments.
Requirements
Hold one to three years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative/operations support roles within a fast-paced setting.
Manage multiple calendars and shifting details with precision while operating in fast-paced environments that require adaptability and accuracy.
Learn new software platforms quickly, especially ATS tools like Lever, demonstrating a disciplined approach to data management and integrity.
Express ideas through writing and speaking with clarity and effectiveness for diverse audiences across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Thrive when priorities change rapidly under tight timelines, maintaining composure and productivity in startup contexts that demand agility.
