What you'll do

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments that examine sensory motor development, life skills, mobility, and activities of daily living for each youth.

Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on assessment findings and evolving clinical needs.

Support youth in crisis using trauma informed and solution focused approaches that prioritize safety, stabilization, and skill building.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required as the foundation for clinical practice and licensure eligibility.

Licensed as an OTR/L through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Health, with current status and good standing.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents in relevant service settings.

Experience in behavioral health, residential, or trauma informed settings preferred to ensure readiness for complex cases.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to travel between Middleborough and service locations as needed.

Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of youth and respond to urgent situations.
