About the role
The owns the end-to-end reliability of courier logistics and gear availability across assigned markets. This role is responsible for executing operational workflows that ensure the seamless flow of equipment and inventory for both Deliveroo and Wolt operations. You will act as a critical communication hub, linking the Supply Chain team with operations, sourcing, finance, and external 3PL partners to resolve discrepancies and drive efficiency. A core part of this position involves monitoring key performance indicators related to stock movements, dispatches, and returns to maintain high service levels. You will directly influence the speed and accuracy of last-mile delivery by managing the inbound and outbound flows that keep riders on the road. This position requires a high level of ownership over SOPs, IOPs, and process documentation to identify friction and implement practical fixes. Success in this role depends on your ability to partner closely with country operations and new market expansion teams to integrate logistical requirements smoothly.

What you'll do
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound gear activities while monitoring assigned market flows and 3PL performance against established KPIs.
Manage stock movements, dispatches, and returns to ensure that courier gear is available where and when it is needed.
Support the end-to-end onboarding logistics process for courier partners and fleet companies across current markets and new expansion initiatives.
Oversee the smooth operation of courier onboarding websites built on Shopify and WooCommerce, handling product updates and basic error troubleshooting.
Maintain SOPs, IOPs, and process maps while identifying recurring issues in last-mile or warehouse operations and proposing practical fixes.
Partner with country operations, sourcing, finance, and external partners to resolve day-to-day operational questions and support market integration.
Manage the reliability and efficiency of warehouse operations and last-mile delivery through active coordination of logistics workflows.
Handle ad hoc analytical tasks to provide visibility into gear availability, inventory positions, and 3PL performance for decision support.
Drive consistent execution of defined processes while managing both routine and non-routine logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate operational status and issues clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain smooth collaboration.
Take ownership of troubleshooting moderate operational issues that arise in the supply chain, applying structured approaches to problem resolution.
Ensure that all logistical activities comply with internal standards and external partner requirements to mitigate operational risk.
Act as the primary point of contact for logistics queries, escalating appropriately and following through to closure.
Continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve the efficiency of courier onboarding and operations.
Requirements to succeed
You must demonstrate operational expertise within supply chain, logistics, 3PL performance management, warehouse operations, or operations coordination gained from a fast-paced environment.
You must have a proven ability to follow defined SOPs while reliably managing both routine and non-routine logistics tasks without constant supervision.
You must possess strong technical and e-commerce proficiency, including expert-level use of spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
You must have hands-on experience using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar logistics management systems to support operational workflows.
You must communicate with clarity in English and partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
You must adopt a hands-on, get-it-done mindset with strong organisational skills to manage shifting priorities under operational pressure.
You must have a track record of collaboration across internal departments and with external partners to resolve complex operational challenges.
You must be comfortable working within structured processes while maintaining accuracy and execution in a high-velocity marketplace.
Nice to have
Practical experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, and the ability to shape dashboards for logistics and 3PL performance.
Fluency in additional European languages to communicate more effectively with partners and riders.
Initial experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity, including automating recurring tasks, structuring information, or drafting communications.

This role is available on a hybrid basis across the UK, Denmark, and Germany.
