Position Overview
CIM Group seeks a Manager, Cost Allocations to serve as a strategic financial partner and analytical leader within the organization. This role is responsible for driving visibility, accountability, and data-informed decision-making concerning corporate resource deployment. The Manager will work in close partnership with departments including Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Compliance. These collaborations are essential to ensure that allocation methodologies are not only technically sound but also compliant with policy and aligned with operational realities. The position demands a person who can translate complex financial concepts into clear narratives, thereby influencing organizational behavior and trust in financial data. Key Responsibilities
The Manager will own the design of the cost intake workflow, ensuring that all relevant cost drivers are identified and captured before any allocation logic is applied.
