Requirements
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
You must have at least 5 years of progressive experience in real estate fund accounting or a related role.
You must have a strong understanding of partnership accounting, capital accounts, and waterfall calculations.
You must be experienced with consolidation practices and the preparation of management reporting for multiple entities.
You must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas, pivots, and complex reconciliations.
