What you'll do
- Organize intricate move-in details, verifying that every unit is ready to welcome new residents.
- Coordinate showings, aligning prospect availability with internal team schedules to secure leases.
- Explain lease terms with absolute clarity, ensuring residents fully comprehend all costs, rules, and expectations.
- Maintain precise digital records, tracking application status and resident information within property systems.
- Support ongoing renewal campaigns through direct outreach to confirm resident intent to stay.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of common areas, keeping them welcoming at all times.
- Handle maintenance requests efficiently, communicating issues to vendors for timely resolution.
- Build strong rapport with residents to address concerns proactively and strengthen neighborhood satisfaction.
- Analyze occupancy data and suggest practical adjustments to optimize unit utilization rates.
- Regularly compile performance reports to highlight leasing achievements and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate adaptability by implementing new procedures introduced by management to enhance workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction to ensure a positive resident experience.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness and minimize turnover time.
- Promote community amenities to support the leasing pipeline and drive resident retention.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you must bring a minimum of three years of professional experience in leasing or resident services within the multifamily housing sector. You must possess the organizational prowess to manage multiple applications, showings, and renewals concurrently without neglecting any critical steps. Superior written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable, as you will be explaining policies to a wide array of residents. Proficiency with computers, software applications, and internal property management systems is required to complete daily tasks effectively. A willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to adequately serve our resident base. You must hold authorization to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment at this time. The role requires the ability to lift and carry objects up to a reasonable weight as required by job duties. Compliance with company policies, including attendance and performance standards, is mandatory for success in this position. You must pass background checks as required by company policy and industry regulations. The nature of the work requires attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and client interactions.

Practical Information
This is a full-time position located in Atlanta, Georgia. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Please note that this role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the neighborhood needs. The position operates within the standard business framework to ensure coverage across all resident touchpoints.
