We are seeking a Mid-Level I Senior Angular Developer based in Brazil to join a financial services project. In this role, you will contribute to modern frontend applications where performance, scalability, and code quality are paramount. Senior-level ownership grants you architectural decision autonomy and technical leadership within the team, allowing you to guide technical discussions and influence product direction. You will operate with a high degree of independence, making critical choices that affect the stability and evolution of the product interface.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop responsive Angular-based frontend applications that prioritize exceptional performance and scalability under complex interaction loads.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage intricate data structures to ensure seamless data flow between backend services and the user interface.
• Handle sophisticated state management patterns and reactive data flows using modern techniques and libraries to maintain application consistency.
• Ensure robustness and reliability of the application through comprehensive unit testing and end-to-end verification methodologies.
• Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of the frontend architecture, collaborating with peers to define technical standards and best practices.
• Explore and evaluate component libraries and design concepts to drive consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
• Modernize webviews to guarantee smooth rendering of complex interfaces within mobile applications, optimizing for varying device capabilities.
• Utilize Bootstrap or Angular Material components to build and maintain a coherent and professional interface design system.
• Adhere to foundational software principles such as SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, and DDD to maintain clean and sustainable codebases.
• Engage with version control workflows using Git and participate actively in agile ceremonies such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver incremental value.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline development processes and improve the efficiency of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive business value.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

Requirements

• Bring hands-on experience with Angular versions beyond 14, demonstrating a deep understanding of the framework's core concepts and latest features.
• Exhibit strong proficiency with TypeScript, writing clean, type-safe code that enhances maintainability and reduces runtime errors.
• Demonstrate expertise in using RxJS and reactive state management approaches, including NgRx, to handle asynchronous data streams effectively.
• Show a proven ability to consume REST endpoints and integrate resulting data into complex application workflows.
• Maintain a solid background in writing unit tests using frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or Karma to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
• Possess experience with Cypress for component checks or end-to-end verification to validate application behavior in real-world scenarios.
• Understand microfrontends patterns and Backend for Frontend concepts to implement modular and scalable frontend architectures.
• Build Angular webviews that operate seamlessly within mobile applications, ensuring a native-like experience for end users.
• Apply interface consistency by utilizing Bootstrap or Angular Material components in your development workflow.
• Commit to clear practices such as SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, and DDD to guide decision-making and code construction.
• Comfort with Git workflows and agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban is required to thrive in the team environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding React or Next.js for single-page or server-side rendering provides additional flexibility.
• Experience in improving or creating Design Systems across products is considered an advantage for UI cohesion.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards helps broaden user reach and ensures inclusive experiences.
• Using GitHub Actions for automation will be beneficial for streamlining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS frontend services such as S3, CloudFront, or CloudFormation is also advantageous for cloud-native implementations.

Compensation details are structured as 15,000.00 BRL per month for a 44-hour workweek; benefits are not included. The engagement is remote.
