About the role

CI&T is actively seeking a mid-level developer to contribute to a high-impact project centered on the redesign and modernization of a SuperApp. In this role, you will take ownership of reimagining critical user journeys while ensuring that all existing functionality remains robust and reliable during the transition. A core part of your mission will involve the integration of AI agents to enhance application capabilities and streamline user interactions. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions that are both scalable and user-centric. Key facts

What you'll do

• Architect and implement new features for the iOS platform, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Integrate AI agents into the application workflow to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Champion the adoption of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) to align development efforts with detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during agile ceremonies to refine requirements and track progress.
• Enforce strict code quality standards through comprehensive unit testing and detailed peer review processes.
• Oversee and optimize development workflows using GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira to ensure traceability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining a focus on long-term system stability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives to support team growth and continuity.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proven experience in iOS mobile development across multiple projects and application versions.
• Show advanced proficiency with Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Possess technical knowledge of AI agent development methodologies and their application in process optimization.
• Have hands-on familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to leverage modern AI tooling.
• Show experience managing multi-repo environments using Cocoapods or Swift Package Manager (SPM) effectively.
• Show a strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design practices.
• Have practical experience with AWS Cloud services to deploy and manage scalable backend infrastructures.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while adapting quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.

Nice to have

• Bring backend development experience using Java to support API integrations and service communication.

• This is a full-time position with homeoffice engagement available for candidates in Brazil.
