What you'll do
- Oversee customer interactions from start to finish, which includes phases like discovery, investigation, solution design, deployment, and ongoing support to ensure sustained value.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify their needs in areas such as investigation, intelligence, compliance, or operations, transforming these needs into actionable results.
- Design, develop, and maintain tailored workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models utilizing Chainalysis products and data.
- Equip clients to independently manage solutions, seamlessly integrating Chainalysis into their operational frameworks.
- Act as the primary technical and domain authority for your clients, establishing trust through hands-on expertise and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver live training sessions, product demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, and technical presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Engage in pre-sales technical discussions for intricate and significant deals, assisting clients in understanding the potential and implementation of solutions.
- Work in tandem with Product, Engineering, Global Intelligence, and Sales teams to provide field insights that can shape product development.
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge in your area of expertise, investigative methodologies, and best practices to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin is essential.
- Experience in conducting or directly supporting investigations related to cryptocurrency, blockchain intelligence, or financial crime analysis in a professional setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of blockchain ecosystems, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), stablecoins, and decentralized finance (DeFi), along with the application of on-chain data in investigations, compliance, or intelligence efforts.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing technical solutions, such as investigative results, data products, or analytical workflows, in complex, real-world scenarios.
- Ability to derive insights from large or intricate datasets and effectively communicate findings to a wide range of audiences, from analysts to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require initiative, adaptability, and sound judgment.

- Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies as they apply to data analysis and investigative processes.
- Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards related to cryptocurrency and financial transactions.
- Previous experience in a customer success or account management role within a tech-focused organization.

- Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation.

- Strong understanding of financial and cybercrime investigations, including sanctions and compliance issues.
- Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Awareness of national security concerns related to financial transactions.
- Understanding of DeFi and protocol security measures.
- Familiarity with tax implications and private sector risk management.
