Join the Cents Team and Help Redefine Laundry Operations
Cents is a New York-based technology company dedicated to transforming the laundry and garment care industry. We build all-in-one, business-in-a-box platforms that help operators start, manage, and scale their businesses. We are currently seeking a Client Success Generalist to own the full client journey. This role is responsible for guiding laundry and dry cleaning operators through digital transformation while protecting data integrity and system reliability. You will solve complex business challenges using structured analysis and precise written communication. If a current role does not match your profile, we invite you to submit your details for future consideration.
Position Overview and Core Responsibilities
This is a full-time position based in the United States with a base salary of $120,000 per year. You will serve as the primary point of contact, managing end-to-end client experiences from initial engagement through long-term success. A key responsibility is designing intake processes that capture detailed operator context before system configuration begins. You will configure hardware modules such as Pulse and Penny while documenting edge cases for future reference and process improvement.
You will orchestrate review sessions where operators validate transaction accuracy and user interface clarity. After cross-checking hardware behavior in live environments, you will help ship improvements to Cents Point of Sale. You will establish and maintain partner workflows to ensure Laundroworks integrations remain reliable across multiple locations. Administrative hygiene is critical; you will update records immediately following every customer interaction. You will support finance teams by generating usage reports that explain revenue shifts linked to software adoption. Additionally, you will champion product design changes that simplify onboarding for new operators entering the market.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold authorization to work in the United States now or in the near future. A minimum of three years of experience in hardware or software roles is essential. You must understand retail operations or financial controls within regulated service industries. Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing at a professional level, is required. You must manage schedules and deliver outcomes for multiple stakeholders independently, with strong ownership and minimal need for constant guidance.

Previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or other asset-based services is preferred. Backgrounds in point of sale systems and transaction reconciliation are also valuable. Proficiency with Cents Point of Sale, Pulse, Penny, Laundroworks, G Suite, and Slack is expected. These tools support daily workflows and communication across our organization.
