What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of municipal infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water supply systems, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal engineering or a closely related area.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or eligibility for registration in New Brunswick.
• Strong knowledge of municipal engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in municipal engineering.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
