Executive Business Partner
Job description
Executive Business Partner at Candid Health.
About the role
You will act as a strategic extension of the executive team, operating as a high-level problem solver who removes obstacles before they become visible. In this capacity, you own the integrity of the leadership team's most limited asset, which is time, by ensuring that focus remains on mission-critical priorities. You are a multifaceted operator who can fluidly transition between complex travel logistics and high-stakes project management without disruption. This role requires a proactive mindset where you anticipate needs and drive outcomes without waiting for direct instruction. You will serve as a culture-builder, reinforcing standards of excellence and efficiency across the broader organization. Because this is an in-office position in New York City, you will be expected to be a visible presence and an in-office champion for collaboration. Your work will directly influence the speed and effectiveness of executive decision-making.
