Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, particularly in fast-paced, rapidly growing companies.
• Proven experience in B2B, enterprise, or data-intensive tooling environments.
• A track record of successfully leading design initiatives for Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to scale complex user experience workflows across different product surfaces.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior designers to enhance their skills and contributions.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards for user experience and design quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues and data into clear, actionable solutions.
