What you'll do
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute solar installation projects efficiently and safely.

- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that all installations meet company and industry standards.
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines and milestones, contributing to the overall success of solar initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in electrical work is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical installation or maintenance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of California is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols related to solar energy installations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with the tools and equipment used in electrical and solar installations.
