You will partner with customers and colleagues to create an environment where every visit feels personal, meaningful, and empowering. What you'll do
- Orchestrate daily store opening and closing procedures to ensure accuracy, safety, and a polished customer environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of stylists, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities that strengthen individual performance and confidence.

Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
- You must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide documentation at hire if required.
- You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Cabazon, California, to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
- You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust based on business needs.
- You must be able to stand, walk, and move about the store floor for extended periods as part of daily duties.
- You must be able to lift, carry, and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds safely and consistently.
- You must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- You must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining consistent attendance.
- You must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- You must be willing to comply with company policies, including dress code, appearance standards, and code of conduct.
