About the role
You will design and execute high-quality creative assets across email, site, social, print, and campaign materials, working directly from creative briefs and brand direction set by the Art Director. You will build, maintain, and evolve cabi's Figma design systems and templates to ensure design production remains efficient, consistent, and scalable across all creative output. You will own and maintain cabi's brand guidelines, enforcing typography, color, layout, and imagery standards so that every piece of creative reflects a unified and professional identity. You will partner directly with the Art Director to translate seasonal concepts and photoshoot selects into finished, channel-ready design executions that meet strict production standards. You will provide creative and technical guidance to other designers on the team, reviewing work for brand consistency and craft before it ships to protect the integrity of the brand. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Social, Production, and Marketing to ensure design supports the broader campaign and content strategy in a cohesive manner. You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet campaign and content calendar deadlines without compromising quality. You will stay current on design trends, typography, and platform best practices, bringing fresh thinking and proactive ideas to cabi's visual execution on an ongoing basis.

What you'll do

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience that demonstrates the same level of competency.
- Bring 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including advanced techniques for producing digital and print assets.
- Present a portfolio that demonstrates brand systems work, template and UI design, and cross-channel creative execution across digital, social, print, and email platforms.
- Show a deep understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency at scale, with an eye for detail and visual harmony.
- Prove the ability to work independently from a creative brief with minimal oversight while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to guide or mentor junior designers, providing clear feedback that strengthens the quality of their work.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience within the fashion or lifestyle industry, with familiarity with seasonal campaign cycles and retail brand aesthetics.
- Familiarity with production processes for both digital and print, including working with vendors and handling press-ready files.
- Exposure to Figma design systems at scale, including component architecture, naming conventions, and version control.
- Experience mentoring or leading design reviews and critiquing work for brand consistency and quality.
