What you'll do
- Design seasonal hero imagery and photoshoot selects in collaboration with the Art Director, translating concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Establish layout accuracy for print, site, and social formats before final delivery happens, maintaining a high standard of professional quality across all outputs.
- Coordinate with Copy, Social, Production, and Marketing departments to align assets with timelines, ensuring operational flow and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Update design QA checks to guard brand consistency, accuracy, and polish for every file, implementing rigorous reviews to prevent errors.
- Organize multiple requests and revisions efficiently so concurrent projects advance without delay, demonstrating crucial project management and prioritization skills.
- Scan design trends and platform updates to introduce practical ideas into execution, keeping the brand fresh, relevant, and competitive in a fast-moving market.
- Handle related assignments as situations require across marketing and product initiatives, providing flexible support to meet evolving business demands.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand rules and apply them rigorously to every piece of work, ensuring visual identity consistency.
- Leverage Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality digital and print work that meets technical specifications and deadlines.

Requirements
You hold an Associate or Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a similar field that provides a foundational understanding of design principles. You bring 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience specifically within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands, demonstrating a clear understanding of the industry. You demonstrate mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, utilizing these tools to produce professional digital and print work with efficiency. You maintain a portfolio that showcases clean execution and strong visual judgment across social, digital, and print formats, providing tangible evidence of your capabilities. You apply strong typography and layout judgment in every project, preserving brand consistency while allowing for innovative solutions. You manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously with steady focus and composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring that design intent is understood and executed collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You are detail-oriented and proactive, taking ownership of your work and seeking improvements in processes and outcomes.
