Senior Designer
Job description
About the role
You will set the strategic creative direction for specific product categories, translating abstract brand ideas into tangible, market-ready garments that resonate with the target customer. This role requires you to own the end-to-end design process from initial inspiration and sketching through final production approval, ensuring every collection tells a coherent visual story. You will act as a key decision-maker during fittings, using your expertise to refine patterns and silhouettes so that each piece offers both aesthetic appeal and comfortable, natural movement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex production challenges, protecting the design vision while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Your work will interpret cultural trends, market signals, and customer feedback to build cohesive seasonal narratives that stylists can easily communicate to clients. You will define category architecture, balancing assortment depth and clarity so that the offering feels intuitive to both shoppers and sales partners. Through documentation and presentation, you will articulate design rationale in a way that connects creative choices to business goals and long-term brand equity.
