Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

About the role

You will shape the roadmap and vision for the C3 Agentic AI Platform, focusing on how technical teams build and manage enterprise AI systems. This role involves working closely with engineering to create a unified workflow that moves projects from initial experimentation into full-scale production. You will define the strategic direction for platform components to increase how quickly customers deploy AI and machine learning in their operations. The position requires deep collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure the product vision aligns with both market needs and technical feasibility. You will create SDKs, APIs, and development workflows tailored to the needs of data scientists, developers, and data engineers. A core part of the role is converting complex customer requirements into organized execution plans with specific goals and milestones. You will work alongside UX, data science, engineering, and sales departments to launch features and ensure product adoption. The role demands ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through scaling in a regulated enterprise environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the product roadmap for platform components to increase how quickly customers deploy AI and machine learning in their operations.

• Convert complex customer requirements into organized execution plans with specific goals and milestones.

• Use data and SQL to analyze usage patterns, validate hypotheses, and support ongoing product strategy and decision-making.
• Define and own the end-to-end user journey for platform features, ensuring clarity in workflows and documentation.
• Partner with engineering to translate product requirements into technical specifications that guide development and testing.
• Monitor platform performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather competitive insights and refine positioning.
• Drive the prioritization of features based on impact, effort, and alignment with long-term product vision.
• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, retention, and satisfaction across diverse user segments.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover pain points and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure product initiatives comply with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and dependencies to both technical and executive audiences on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with platforms designed for data science or developer audiences.
• Technical expertise in at least one of these areas: data infrastructure and management, AI/ML model lifecycles, or developer environments.
• Demonstrated success in growing platform adoption or revenue through collaboration with go-to-market teams.
• Ability to use data and SQL to support product strategy and decision-making.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with ambiguous problems and evolving priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products in a regulated, enterprise-focused context.
• Deep empathy for technical users and an ability to balance their needs with business objectives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to engage with customers and partners as needed.
