You will convert warfighter requirements into coherent product direction and shape executive storytelling. Your decisions directly impact how C3 Ai supports mission critical operations. You act as the central voice for customer needs within the product organization. You synthesize complex operational realities into actionable product strategies. You ensure that our solutions remain aligned with evolving defense priorities and threats. You are accountable for the end-to-end success of our portfolio in this critical sector.

What you'll do
- Define strategic narratives for the C3 Ai Defense and Intelligence portfolio while engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Lead the development of go to market campaigns for our key solution areas, including Contested Logistics, Commander's Dashboard, and Decision Advantage.
- Create sales playbooks, demonstration scripts, and competitive battle cards that clearly communicate value to defense stakeholders.
- Produce thought leadership materials such as webinars and data sheets in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze insights to establish priority product themes for defense segments.
- Build robust business cases that justify investment and clearly articulate return on enterprise AI capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to refine product requirements and validate solution market fit.
- Represent products at industry conferences, customer events, and internal briefings while explaining complex concepts with clarity.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into structured product requirements and success metrics.
- Orchestrate cross functional alignment to ensure product roadmaps support enterprise defense objectives.
- Evaluate competitive landscapes and emerging threats to adjust positioning and feature priorities accordingly.
- Facilitate user interviews and workshops to extract actionable insights from warfighters and decision makers.
- Prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and strategic impact within the defense mission context.
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure product adoption and effectiveness in operational settings.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with a focus on science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline; an MBA is a preference.
- Bring more than ten years of experience successfully launching products to market.
- Demonstrate at least five years of experience within defense contexts and with warfighter end users.
- Show one to two years of hands on experience with data management or artificial intelligence solutions.
- Communicate effectively in writing and speaking, adapting messages for both executive leaders and operational personnel.
- Understand positioning, content development, sales collateral, and digital marketing for complex software enterprises.
- Manage programs with measurable outcomes and data driven decision making.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining rigorous analytical and execution standards.
- Exhibit strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive defense related information.
- Be prepared to engage with senior leadership and military stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
Experience with US Military Veteran status or active duty Reserve service.

The standard work schedule for this role is full time, with expectations to work during core business hours and occasionally outside standard times to support global defense customers.
